1. Basic Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • Original Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Tags: All original tags and the paper tag attached to the item must be intact and not removed.

  • Invoice: The original purchase invoice (or electronic invoice) must be provided.

  • Packaging: Preferably, the product should be returned in its original packaging.

2. Time Frame

  • Returns: Usually accepted within 3 to 7 days from the purchase date.

  • Exchanges: Accepted within 7 days from the purchase date.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return (for Hygiene Reasons)

The following items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect:

  • Underwear.

  • Swimwear.

  • Socks.

  • Accessories (such as earrings).

4. Refund Methods

  • Cash on Delivery: If payment was made in cash, the refund will be issued in cash.

  • Credit Card: If payment was made by card, the refund may take 7 to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

  • Store Credit: A shopping voucher or wallet credit may be offered instead of a cash refund.

Important Note Regarding the “Defect-Free” Policy

If a manufacturing defect is found in the item (such as fabric damage, color discrepancy, or holes), you are legally entitled to exchange the item or receive a full refund, even if the item falls under the non-returnable categories.
