1. Basic Conditions for Return or Exchange<\/h3>

  • Original Condition:<\/strong> Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.<\/p><\/li>

  • Tags:<\/strong> All original tags and the paper tag attached to the item must be intact and not removed.<\/p><\/li>

  • Invoice:<\/strong> The original purchase invoice (or electronic invoice) must be provided.<\/p><\/li>

  • Packaging:<\/strong> Preferably, the product should be returned in its original packaging.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Time Frame<\/h3>

    • Returns:<\/strong> Usually accepted within 3 to 7 days<\/strong> from the purchase date.<\/p><\/li>

    • Exchanges:<\/strong> Accepted within 7 days<\/strong> from the purchase date.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Items Not Eligible for Return (for Hygiene Reasons)<\/h3>
